Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Keevis Talent ("Keevis," "we," "us") collects through keevistalent.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email growth@keevistalent.com.
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to submit through forms on this site, including:
- Contact details — such as your name, work email, company, title, and phone number (where provided).
- Talent Capacity Stress Test — your answers to the assessment and the resulting scores, risk areas, and recommendation.
- Talent Partner Preview requests — details about the role you'd like us to review, such as title, location, company size, and hiring challenges.
- Messages — anything you write to us through the contact form or by email.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, we also record how you arrived at the site: campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or utm_campaign), the referring page, the page you first landed on, and the time of submission. To keep this information available as you move between pages, it is stored temporarily in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use information
- To show your assessment results and respond to your request or message.
- To follow up with you about your results, your request, or related Keevis services.
- To understand which channels and campaigns bring people to the site.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as:
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Fonts — serves the site's typefaces; your browser connects to Google to load them.
- Calendly — if you choose to book a conversation, scheduling is handled on Calendly's site under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it's useful for the purposes above — for example, while we're in conversation with you or your company — and delete it when it's no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing growth@keevistalent.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
